On Saturday 16th May an  International Food and Music Festival was held at the Chandos Recreation Ground. The event was designed with the support and input from local communities giving Harrow residents the opportunity to work together towards a goal and to share pride in their community.

Several local schools were asked to participate in this event and Stag Lane Middle School were represented by pupils and parents from the Somali community who performed traditional dances as well as a pupil performing a traditional  classical Indian dance.

It was an interesting, fun and exciting day and everyone enjoyed taking part.
