For those children who did not go on the school journey to Yorkshire a week of activities was planned.

This included an art day when the children created their own version of the terracotta army

 a trip to a theatre workshop at the Victoria and Albert Museum,

 and a trip to the park for some sports activities.

On the Thursday the children cooked and prepared lunch for the staff (yes, we all survived!).  One of the classrooms was decorated with a French and Italian Theme. It was a very pleasing ambience with violinists, attentive waiters and waitresses and excellent food. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
