Year 6 have been learning about Judaism during RE lessons.

As a part of our studies we learnt about Rosh Hashanah. The honey cake is a traditional food eaten on this occasion. We worked in groups to measure out all of the ingredients and mix them together correctly. Once our cakes were finished cooking we all came together and shared in our success... or part success, as one groups cake did not turn out quite as they had expected. They all tasted very sweet though and we really enjoyed this hands on, tasty lesson!
